With the increasing rate of network coverage and the widely application of information technology, transmission mode of distance education has undergone great changes, which injected new vitality in the field of education and training development. In this paper, through analyzing the teaching ability of vocational teaching staff, the construction on training platform for enhancing the teaching ability of vocational teaching staff will be explored, and by studying the key technologies of the training platform, the important role played by distant education will also be elaborated.
