Abstract
To make good use of local materials of Huai'an area, this paper aims at an in-depth study of the application of the "five-waste"(that is, pieces of wood, broken glass, straw, waste gypsum, fly ash) used in foam insulation wall of concrete. In order to get rid of the disadvantages that it takes too much time for demoulding of foam concrete wall materials and that the cost is too high, it is necessary for us to develop new "five-waste" material as an additive material so as to improve the mechanical and thermal properties of foam concrete wall materials, to develop or update the present production equipment, to improve the demoulding process and to reduce costs, and to improve the scope and use of solid waste utilization. This paper provides a new method to take advantage of the "five-waste".
