Abstract
In this paper, novel convex approximations of pole regions corresponding to the prescribed damping and stability degree for uncertain discrete-time systems arc introduced. A developed MATLAB tool for computation of matrices for the proposed new DR regions significantly simplifies the design procedure. The only inputs required by the developed tool are prescribed damping defined by the angle and stability degree.
