Abstract
This article discusses the effect of nanopore size on the emission properties of a porous carbon material with a density of 1.4 g/cm(3). Atomistic models of porous carbon materials with different nanopore sizes have been constructed. Numerical experiments were carried out using the density functional method with allowance for periodic boundary conditions. It is established that the work function of a porous carbon material with a density of 1.4 g / cm(3) decreases with an increase in the size of nanopores and an increase in the concentration of cesium ions.
