Analysis Of The Rough Category Enrollment At The College Of Electronic Engineering Of South China Agriculture University

Universities have innovated personnel selection mode with the rough category enrollment (RCE). It is necessary to design a good plan and cultivation program for RCE so as to achieve the win-win in both teaching quality and benefits. Based on the study of College of Electronic Engineering of South China Agricultural University (SCAU), this paper analyzes the problems in recruiting and cultivating college students under rough category majors, and discusses the measures of improving RCE.
