Abstract
Consuming hydropower, wind power, solar energy and other renewable energy sources positively, to ensure security stability power supply and demand balance is an important goal of the power grid. Currently, the power decomposes evenly all types of annual contracts, it is difficult to match the "uneven" feature of renewable energy generation, it can not be achieved to minimize the abandoned water, abandoned wind. Based on the hedging strategy, at the premises of the completion of the contract in the next fiscal year, by "borrowing and returning power" strategy within the different months, this paper constructed the provincial power grid Monthly Purchasing Optimization Model. In monthly purchasing objective, to achieve the overall goal being "near-optimal" of the annual electricity purchase, thus promoting regional optimal allocation of resources. Finally, a provincial power grid's actual purchase and sale data in 2013 were analyzed as an example to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
