摘要
A detection system of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) based on high speed SOC MCU is proposed. The system can detect crack, corrosion etc. of ferromagnetic materials. Firstly magnetic flux leakage signals are converted to electronic signals by using magneto sensor (Sensor); Secondly electronic signals are transmitted to C8051F340 own A/D converter module. A/D converter module picks electronic signals of magnetosensor (Sensor). By using C8051F340 own USB controller, date is transmitted to PC in real-time and high-speed way. Then condition of work piece is judged when the date is processed by PC. This USB MFL detection system with a C8051F340 as the core is much cheaper and more flexible compared to most USB data acquisition card. And it also has advantages of plug & play and hot plug of USB equipment.
