Abstract

When conducting immunophenotyping of lymphocytes in patients with lymphoproliferative diseases, we encountered a case of B-cell chronic lymphoid leukemia with unusual expression of surface markers CD19(+)CD5(+)CD8(+). Blood and bone marrow cells of the patient was studied using antibodies to the following markers: CD2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11c, 14, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 33, 34, 45, 45 RA. 69, HLA-DR. Clinical morphological and immunophenotype characteristics of this patient are presented.
