摘要
A micro-composite enamel (MCRE_40) was developed to be a thermal barrier coating for aircraft engine parts made of EI868 superalloy. MCRE_40 underwent cyclic thermal shock tests (CTST). The paper addresses the roughness and micro-wear resistance induced by CTSTs. Autocorrelation and comparative frequency analyses were introduced to reveal the natures of the factors that induce the roughness. The correlation between roughness and the CTST parameters are two novelties addressed in the paper. The CTSTs increases the micro-abrasion wear resistance of MCRE_4,except one case. The experimental data about MCRE_40 which underwent CTSCs in 900-1150 degrees C are other novelty addressed in the paper.
