Abstract
In market economy, customer satisfaction is significant definitely for the realization of product use value. If the quality is higher, correspondingly the quality cost is higher, but meanwhile it can bring higher customer satisfaction and better goodwill of an enterprise, then probably the price rises or sales increases. And in this way, the very goal of quality management, that is benefiting costumers and the enterprise, comes true. In this passage, we establish a three-dimension system with three variables, including customer satisfaction, quality cost and quality income, and definite a new term: "Product Price Deviation", and choose an electrical appliance company as study case to evaluate the efficiency of the company's quality management.
