The quality of teaching embodies an overall state colleges and universities, is a key to school development. Therefore, a growing number of assessment systems and evaluation indicators have been established, which makes the assessment system continuously improved and effective teaching in colleges and universities to promote forward to ensure the quality of teaching improved. In this paper, many factors affect the quality of teaching and often have a fuzzy, Therefore, the theory of fuzzy mathematics membership functions through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the quality of teaching, and thus more conducive to ensure the quality of teaching.
