Abstract
In this paper wind field of terrain liking bell where the river flows from canyon to the open field has been firstly simulated by CFD. Wind-environment numerical simulation based on the technique of numerical wind tunnel firstly adopts realizable k - epsilon and SST k - omega turbulence modes to model with the two situations whether there is a bridge model and imitates the bridge site and the wind field under 7 working conditions. The law for change of wind environment and the situation of wind flow around bridge are obtained and the results are compared with that of wind field measurement. The result of analysis testifies the correctness and efficiency of the numerical method. In the meantime, the influence of the bridge built up on wind characteristics is analyzed and advices on both turbulence integral scale and the model of wind profile are given. So the studies of inland wind environment may utilize it as reference materials. It would provide with great theoretical significance and practical engineering value passes through the foregoing study.
