Structure Improvement And Optimization Of The Solenoid Stepping Proportional Electromagnet

In this paper, a solenoid electromagnet is studied. The structure is improved so it can do bi-directional movement step by step. The electromagnetic force varies with the input signal proportionally and continuously. The parameters of the structure are optimized applied orthogonal optimization method and Tabu search technique. The dynamic property is discussed for easy control and location. At last, an encouraging result is achieved, which has been proved feasible by experiments.
