Application Of E-P Analysis Method In Power System Of Integrated Steelworks

摘要
The paper established power consumption and power cost model of per ton steel, based on "e-p analysis model". Comparison was done to power consumption system of annual capacity of 15 million t and 5 million t steel corporations, and the results showed that the power consumption and power cost of per ton steel of the former were 23% and 36.7% higher than the latter respectively. From the point of cutting down power consumption and cost of per ton steel, the paper put forward the following main measures: (1) reduce power consumption of each process, mainly focusing on rolling and energy processing and conversion process; (2) improve equipment electricity utilizing efficiency, and carry out key equipment electricity conservation; (3) increase the generating efficiency of waste heat and abundant gas, and improve the spontaneous generating rate.
