Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the activity changes of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) as well as content changes of osteocalcin (BGP), so as to discover the reference indications of the early fluoride exposure. [Methods] Healthy male Wistar rats were admitted to freely drinking NaF solution or water, and detect the activities of serum ALP, BALP and BGP content at different doses and times of Rats and fluoride exposed people respectively. [Results] Compared with control groups, on the 15(th) and 30(th) day, the activity of serum ALP for low and medium-dose groups was significantly higher(P<0.05), but in high-dose group that was lower(P<0.05);The activity of serum BALP for medium-dose group was significantly higher(P<0.05)on the 30th day. On the 30th and 90th day, the content of BGP was lower in high-dose group(P<0.05),but it was higher for the medium-dose group on the 30th day. Compared with the control groups, the content of BGP in fluoride exposed group was higher (P<0.05); Compared with the low working-age group, the activity of serum ALP and the content of BGP for medium working-age group were higher(P<0.05); However, compared with the medium working-age group, it was lower for the high working-age group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The activity of ALP and content of BGP increased first, and then decreased with the increasing of the fluoride-dose and fluoride exposure time; The content of BGP in fluoride exposed group is increased; and the trend of the activity of ALP and content of BGP is the same as the animal study, while, the activity changes of BALP has no statistical significance. So we suggest that serum ALP and BGP might be reference indicators of the early fluoride exposure.,
