摘要
In this paper, A three-dimension (3-D) formulation of the auxiliary difference equation (ADE) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with weighted Laguerre polynomials (WLPs) is proposed to model electromagnetic wave propagation in thin graphene sheets. The conduct current as an auxiliary variable is introduced to establish the relationship between electric field intensity and surface conductivity in graphene. One numerical example with wave propagation in thin graphene sheets is calculated. Compared with the ADE-FDTD method, the results from the proposed method show its accuracy and efficiency for graphene devices.
