Toward An Individual Mobile Nursery Service Platform

With the continuous development of society, all aspects of our country are making rapid progress, and the demand for childcare services is getting hotter and hotter. The function of the existing baby-serving platform has yet to be optimized, and the after-sale service needs to be improved. This article introduces a kind of baby-oriented service platform for individual users, including real-time online booking, online tracking and analysis, and comprehensive evaluation of instant customers without intermediaries. Besides, it presents the evaluation system using analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish nursing staff service evaluation model. The platform can to some extent solves the online evaluation of the baby-care services industry imperfect, opaque and other issues. The experimental results show that the evaluation method of this article can make a comparatively complete evaluation of nursing service staff, which will be helpful to improve nursing staff service evaluation.
