摘要
In order to overcome the low adhesion and the insufficient physiological function of cultured cells in static heart valve system in current issue engineering, this paper examines the development of dynamic pulsation bioreactor which has function for cultured cells with vitro preconditioning based on electronic technology. The bioreactor can simulate the working environment for heart valve in the human body, and provide the best progressive growth environment for biological cell according to the growth pattern and requirements. Also human-computer interaction is achieved through the PC interface. Experimental results showed that the bioreactor can meet the actual requirements and has better approximation of the blood pressure environment of human body for valve cell growth. This pulsating bioreactor will be good foundation for clinical application.
