摘要
Ganoderma triterpenoids are known to have many health beneficial bioactivities, which promoted us to investigate whether other edible mushrooms have those bioactive triterpenoids. An Ultra high-performance liquid Chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QQQMS) with dynamic selected reaction mode was employed to simultaneous quantify these Ganoderm triterpenes in 12 kinds of edible mushrooms. No Ganoderm triterpenes were found in common culinary mushrooms, such as Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes, and Auricularia auricula. On the other hand, five Ganoderm triterpenes were detected in Cortinariusrufo-olivaceus, a delicacy found in the north part of China. Five triterpenoids were also detected in Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich, which is a traditional Chinese Medicine used for hemostasis. Further phytochemical investigation of L. fenzlii led to the isolation and identification of 4,6-dihydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-one, ergosta-7,22-dien-3 beta-ol, ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one, 5 alpha,8 alpha-epidioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3 beta-ol, and 5 alpha, 8 alpha-epidioxy-ergosta-6,9(11), 22-trien-3 beta-ol. Among these constituents, 5 alpha, 8 alpha-epidioxy-ergosta-6,9(11), 22-trien-3 beta-ol is reported from Lasiosphaera for the first time.
