Laboratory complexes to study properties of materials and structures of solid state electronics

摘要
In this paper we present results of our developments in computer laboratory works for students studying materials of micro- and nanoelectronics. We developed several works to investigate dielectric permittivity and loss tangent, conductivity of metals and alloys, volume and surface resistance of dielectric materials, breakdown of dielectrics, properties of magnetic materials and thermal analysis of metal alloys. These works could be used for simulating physical processes in solid state materials. Virtual laboratory complexes developed in the environment of engineering graphical programming NI LabVIEW.
