Research On Establishment And Dynamic Management Of Construction Enterprise Quota

To adapt to the development of construction market economy and the objective demand of the international practice, the tender with bill of quantities has been pursued in construction fields in China from 2003. It is an urgent requirement that construction enterprises establish the quota according to self condition and characteristic. In the meantime, quota is also, the basis of cost management and the embodiment of price competitiveness.This paper summarizes the important role of enterprises quota under the valuation mode with bill of quantities firstly, then expounds the establishment of enterprises quota, including the principle, the process and the methods. Finally it gives the function module of quota management system and puts forward some dynamic management measures combining with modem information technology.
