Abstract
This paper introduces a control scheme for the load in the grinding process of the cement raw mill. An expert control algorithm is proposed for the control of the grinding process of the cement raw mill. According to the three parameters including mill sound, the back powder of the separator, the power load of the bucket elevator, this algorithm has nine rules and divides the grinding process into three stages: "empty mill", "normal" and "blocked mill". Practice shows that the algorithm can increase the efficiency up to about 82%. Based on the above algorithm, turn the unilateral control algorithm of the knowledge base into fusion intelligent control, which can increased the efficiency to about 86%. Considering the lag time and the error value of the three parameters in grinding process are different, we take variable period sampling, which can adjust the mill load more quickly, and further enhance the efficiency to around 90%. The MATLAB simulation results proves that.
