摘要

In this work we analyze jun expression and Jun protein localization in neuronal cytosolic and nuclear compartments of the male frog, Rana esculenta, during the annual reproductive cycle. The comparison of GnRH molecular forms and Jun localization shows that Jun may modulate GnRH release.
