摘要
The Fe-CF-MCM catalyst prepared from calcium fluoride sludge (CF) was used for acetone treatment in this study. The resultant samples were characterized by X-Ray Fluorescence analysis (XRF), nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms (BET, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller), Scanning Electron Microscope/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The prepared samples had high specific surface areas (763 m 2 g -1 ), large pore volumes (0.74 cm 3 g -1 ) and large pore diameters (3.97 nm). The crystal patterns of 2% Fe-CF-MCM were similar to those of the Mobil Composition of Matter (MCM-41) from the TEM image. By adding iron (Fe) as a catalyst, the conversion rate increased as the operating temperature increased. Efficiency reached 70% with 2% Fe-CF-MCM under a temperature of 400 °C. Performance assessment of the catalytic reaction in the field test, it can maintain efficiency above 95% for three days. This article will discuss the effects of operational parameters, such as contact time and mixture concentration, on the performance of Fe-CF-MCM.
