Issues On Analysis By Query Of Real Estates From The Database Of A Cadastral Sector Used In The Real Estate Cadastre Information System

This article presents aspects of the analysis through querying the database of a cadastral sector used in the real estate cadastre information system by means of Autocad Map software, using a set of criteria (contour, area, categories and subcategories of land use arable land, orchards, roads, yards, buildings, parks) etc.The query was performed by selecting the desired information, from a set of information available and is based on the link between graphic elements and attribute data attached. In this case, the query was performed through a set of conditions as follows: after the location, after properties, after data and SQL (Structured Query Language) type interrogation.Query functions of AutoCAD Map can find information from any source drawing from the set of drawings attached to the project. In this case, it was used a single set of digital plans but were executed various types of queries. By interrogation after several conditions were obtained metric information (area, perimeter, length) of particular graphical representation and other attribute data attached to them.
