Abstract
Statistical analysis of the constructions is a method used in the real estate cadastre information system, which uses information about certain characteristics related to constructions, namely: technical status, the number of levels, building materials, type of roof, the endowment public utilities, the number of inhabitants (for buildings intended for dwellings) etc. Thus are obtained various statistical reports on constructions which are made available to the local public administration, ensuring both cadastral records of real estate fund and property registration and also the establishment of a fair system of taxes. These data on constructions have great importance for the development of the real estate market, for proper evaluation of construction in any urban arias, for studies of systematization and of urban planning, environmental protection, architecture and preservation of the architectural style of the buildings particularly that of national patrimony, for the aesthetics and maintenance of constructions.
