A Study On Multi-User-Oriented Behavior Analysis In Electric Power Industry

The quality of the service applied by app in electric power industry is largely influenced by the behavior of users, so behavior analysis of users plays an important role in app design. In this paper, we not only made the investigation on different types of users with online questionnaires and face-to-face in-depth interviews, but also made the behavior analysis on different types of users of app in electric power industry with descriptive statistics method, click analysis method and so on. According to the analysis result, users' habits and behavior preferences have been deeply mined, which can provide better guide for the optimization of business architecture, function navigation and visual design, promote users experience, and enhance users satisfaction and stickiness
