Abstract
A project of a 17 m O imaging air Cerenkov telescope for the observation of cosmic gamma radiation is described. The design is based on a decommissioned solar concentrator. The energy threshold will be between 10 to 40 GeV depending on the type of camera used. A 5 a detection limit for point sources with a flux of 2.20(-10)/cm(2) sec is expected for 100 hours 'on source' observation time. We estimate an investment of 3-5 MDM and a construction time of 2.5-3.5 years.
