Endothelin And Endothelin Antagonists Do Not Influence Icg-Kinetics After Hepatic Ischemia In Rats
EUROPEAN CONGRESS I.H.P.B.A. "BUDAPEST 1999"(1999)
摘要
In a rat animal model of hepatic ischemia and resection we tested the effect of endothelin 1 and its receptor antagonists BQ 123 and LU 302872 on postischemic hepatic function Elevated serum transaminase levels and a decreased hepatic uptake of ICG were observed after 30 minutes of ischemia. The kinetics of ICG were not altered by a pretreatment with endothelin or BQ 123. On the other hand, LU 302872 led to elevated bilirubin levels and a deterioration of hepatic ICG kinetics even without ischemia. Thus, the role of endothelin on hepatic function following ischemia has still to be defined despite the established effects on hepatic microcirculation.
