Abstract
Lead based compounds used in propellants are toxicant to human beings and easy to cause envioroment pollution. [Ba(NTO).(H2O)-H-3] is investigated as burning rate catalyst, it showes that the componud has some special catalysis characteristics. Especially, the barium compound is favorable to lower the signature of the propellant.
