Abstract
The development of Information and Communication Technologies manifested in all Humanity activities, undoubtedly impacts on the field of training of future professionals and constitute an indispensable element for the improvement of this process. At present, there is a great amount of information and debate on the term "Connectivism". In this paper, we present some considerations about this approach to learning, such as the impact associated with the development of this tendency, in relation to the digital gap and the resistance to change by the main actors in the training process, consubstantial elements to assume the challenges that in the matter of Higher Education generate such challenges.
