Abstract
Currently, it witnesses a fierce competition situation in China, whose automotive industry is occupied by foreign invested enterprise, joint venture and domestic brand. Auto market in China becomes a buyer's market. The profit of enterprise has shrinked dramatically, and competition in the market evolves into scramble of customers. In this paper, it builds a structure of customer knowledge management system combined with the characteristics of automobile consumers based on the theory of customer knowledge management, which will offer a brand-new concept to the auto enterprises on how to manage consumers' knowledge.
