Abstract
In this paper the use of space object detection is introduced. By analyzing the research actuality of space object detection using photoelectrical equipment, a shipborne great aperture photoelectrical theodolite is designed. The principle assumption of space object detection using shipborne great aperture photoelectrical theodolite is put forward.
