Abstract
The properties of nanopolyurethane/SiO2 film were studied via approaches of LTV, FT-IR, AFM etc. When used the infrared to test the film, the FT-IR spectrum changed in evidence. The film's ultraviolet shielding-effect was enhanced and its capability of aging-resist was improved. The surface tension of nanopolyurethane/SiO2 emulsion almost didn't change and the contact angle increased about 25 degree. The granularity of this emulsion is mostly less than 100 run. AFM indicated that the nano-SiO2 distributed equality in the film, and the diameters of the nano particles distributed from 50 to 150nm. And the mechanic properties of films can be improved by in-situ polymerization.
