摘要

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a frequent endocrinological pathology implying in a large number of patients the occurence of infertility. Treatment for these patients is divers and the role of surgical approach with the aim to restore ovulation was seen as a last resort with questioning results in the last 20 years. New data redefines the role of surgery with infertile patients, in selected cases being one of the, if not the best treatment.
