Abstract
This study aimed to develop systematic methods for evaluating the usability of consumer electronic products and to build empirical models for predicting the usability of a product. The results of this study consist of the following four parts.1) Objective and subjective usability dimensions (46 dimensions).2) Human-product interface measurement checklist( 88 items)3) Usability evaluation data (80,000 data items)4) Usability prediction models using multivariate statistical methods (33 models).
