Abstract
Sprague-Dawley rats had aerobic intensity swim to exhaustion compare with soaking and sedentary to fmd out exercise affections on hippocampal CAl region pyramidal neurons. Exhaustion rats had injured aspects of microscopy. Meanwhile the NR2a/beta-actin ratios were significantly higher than soaking and sedentary. Soaking rat's neurons had less injured aspects. NR2a/beta-actin ratio of soaking and sedentary rats had no significance. Data suggests exhaustion exercise may affect the hippocampus ultrastructure, that's relating with NR2a.
