摘要
Objective To investigate the effects of integrated exercise training on physical fitness in middle-aged men. Methods Thirteen middle-aged men were conducted five years of integrated exercise training. The motion ability and the body ingredient were measured once a year. Results Stair index, grip strength, standing time on one foot with eyes closed and body ante flexion with seated position increased significantly through exercise training (P<0.05 or 0.01), reaction time decreased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). The body fat percentage took on an increasing trend with the year increased. Conclusion The integrated exercise training can improve effectively physical fitness in middle-aged men.
