A Report Of A Virtual Teaching Experience In Portugal

The present article results from a reflexion that the authors have been developing regarding their experience as teachers in the e-learning modality in college education.In all sectors of activity professional development and life-long learning exist as crucial social needs, gaining a more significant pertinence when taking into account the potential of the technological development that led to the current Society of Information and Knowledge. It is in this more enveloping context that today we hardly speak of education and learning without reference to e-learning and the learning environments associated to it.
