摘要
This paper was a meta-analysis of the impact of eastern culture or western Culture on the relationships among TF, organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and organizational commitment. It uses hierarchical liner modelling (HLM) to explain whether the cultural variables contribute to the difference of the Studies and the extent oil which it devotes to this difference. There are 19 effect sizes Group 1 (correlation coefficients of the relationship between TF and OCB) and 24 effect sizes in the Group 2 (correlation coefficients of the relationship between TF and organizational commitment), The cultural variable is positive in the Group I but less notable in Group 2.
