Research Of Auto-Testing System For Performance Status Of Hydraulic System

Aiming at improving the detecting efficiency and accuracy for hydraulic system performance status, this study designed one automatic testing system. Basing on multiple sensors and signal processing technology, this system acquired some signals such as motor current and voltage, hydraulic pump vibration, hydraulic oil cylinder pressure and flowing in input pipe and output pipe, then these signals were processed, characteristic information were extracted, the performance status of this hydraulic system can be judged at last. This research improved a method of rapid, accurate and automatic method for testing hydraulic system performance status.
