According to the geological structure of Bohai oilfield in unconsolidated sandstone with viscous oil, for completion of the slim hole lateral drilling well, 3.5 "large diameter perforators were selected, in order to optimize the design of well completed technology and evaluate the colonnade security which was analyzed by the column dynamic mechanical software, meanwhile adopting the directional engineering software to simulate the column correction depth, additionally, it will use the perforation optimization software for analysis of casing strength. As the results showed, it can solve the problems during the completion of the slim hole which is in unconsolidated heavy oil sandstone fracture filling successfully. What is more, it will reduce the pressure in the near wellbore area effectively and the pressure difference in the same yield production. The construction process is safe and reliable, achieved the purpose of sand controlstability.
