Research On Designing The Reliability Qualification Test Plan For Marine Davits

In view of the characteristics of expensive cost, high use frequency, and low cumulative use time of ship davits, the characteristics of its reliability qualification tests were analyzed, and the reliability qualification test program with a requirement for the average number of failure intervals of ship davits as a test index was proposed., through the statistical sampling of the number of successful completion of the overall proportion, and then determine whether the ship davits qualified or not, and gives the detailed implementation of the reliability test plan. It provides an engineering solution for reliability qualification test of marine electromechanical equipment that has the characteristics of being unable to continuously work for a long time.
