Abstract
The biceps brahii is an arm muscle which has normally two heads. The incidence of an accessory head of the muscle has to be reported as 8-20% in the literature. Knowledge about such type of a variation is clinically and surgically important. An unilateral variation of biceps brachii with an accessory head has been reported in the presented paper.
