A Study Of Internship Teaching Strategies For Nco (Non-Commissioned Officers) Students

This paper proposes a new three-step internship system which can satisfy the rules on the cultivation of NCO talents, creates a new form of personalized duty-pursuance and close-combat internship, constitutes a new internship management and operation mechanism jointly led by the army and academy and establishes a new internship evaluation system subject to the academy, the army and individuals. This paper plays an important role in directing how to upgrade the quality of military academy in NCO talent cultivation and in furthering the NCO education reform.
