Research staff is the most important human capital owner. It is to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain sustainable development of the power source. How to manage research staff, we give full play to the enthusiasm of researchers working to improve the performance of research team, it is a key issue for enterprises. This article explains the meaning of happiness points of philosophy, the impact of philosophy of building a model of happiness research team performance, analyzes the relationship between happiness philosophy and research team, and finally proposes research team performance improvement strategies based on happy philosophy ideas using the scientific method, so researchers can work in the happy atmosphere, stimulate intrinsic motivation of its work to enhance the research team performance, thus enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
