摘要
With a dual fluidized bed system and calcite as bed material the operation of the sorption enhanced reforming process is possible. The circulating bed material is a heat carrier to promote the endothermic gasification reactions. Additional, the bed material calcite is able to act as a CO2 carrier. If temperatures in the gasification reactor and the combustion reactor are set correctly, CO2 is removed from the product gas in the gasification reactor. At the same time the hydrogen production can be enhanced by reactions supported by the water-gas-shift equilibrium. Thus, with the sorption enhanced reforming process a product gas with hydrogen contents up to 75 vol.-% db can be produced. By the use of fuels like wood or biogenic residues bio-hydrogen can be produced easily and costeffectively. A variation of gasification temperature, bed material circulation rate, steam to fuel ratio, and type of solid fuel are presented. The product gas components and the tar contents are shown for different positions along the product gas flow path of the reactor system. Therefore, the conversion efficiency inside the fluidized bed gasification reactor, especially for the countercurrent upper part, can be determined for different process conditions.
