Intelligent Design of Radial Clearance of Rolling Bearing Based on Ontology

In view of the uncertainty of the design parameters of the radial clearance of rolling bearings, this paper introduces the ontology theory into the design of the radial clearance, which provides a feasible method for the parameter design of the radial clearance of rolling bearings. Firstly, analyze the influencing factors of radial clearance and construct a mathematical model of the radial clearance of rolling bearings; Secondly, construct an ontology representation model of the radial clearance of the rolling bearing and express it in OWL2 DL language; Thirdly, according to the knowledge of rolling bearing precision design, the semantic rules of rolling bearing radial clearance design are constructed by using the Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL); Then, referring to the constructed semantic rules, the most reasonable design parameters of radial clearance are obtained by using Jess inference engine. Finally, take the gear reducer input shaft bearing as an example, the feasibility of the design method is verified.
