Abstract
The entrepreneur's front stage behavior is the entrepreneur's active choice to show his behavior in the public and it cannot be ignored for consumer's decision-making. In this paper, some representative views are classified and summed up to draw the conclusion of the connotation of entrepreneur's onstage behavior and its impact on consumer's purchase intention. Charismatic entrepreneurs will make the company to be more attentive in order to enhance the competitiveness of the company. Put forward in the era of the media, entrepreneurs should pay more attention to create a personal brand perspective. On this basis, the future direction of the research is presented so that the follow-up entrepreneurs can have enough attention to the entrepreneur's front stage behavior, making the better use of personal brand for enterprises to achieve value-added.
