Abstract
A type of newcastle disease virus (NDV) immunosensor based on 81 degrees tiled fiber grating (81 degrees TFG) was proposed. Staphylococcus aureus Protein A (SPA) was used to modify the surface of 81 degrees TFG, then highly purified NDV monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) were immobilized on 81 degrees TFG surface through SPA molecules. The experimental results show that, the immunosensor has a lowest limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 similar to 0.2ng/mL to NDV and become saturated at similar to 1.0ng/mL, and has good linearity with R-2 of similar to 0.982 and sensitivity of similar to 342pm/(ng/mL) in the concentration range of 0 similar to 1.0ng/mL.
